What’s the most fun way to exercise?

Without a doubt, everyone goes through phases of wanting to exercise for varies reasons. I’ve wanted to exercise almost all my life, whether it was for weight-loss or strength training or just wanted to look good for myself/others.

The most consistent way of exercise that I’ve maintained over time is just walking. Walking has done wonders for many people, not just me.

Walking allows you to just do your own thing while also exercising. I’ve gotten in the habit of listening to an audiobook while I walk. It’s reading and exercise at the same time. Some people prefer music or podcasts. Pairing exercise with something you enjoy will definitely help the time go by very quickly.

Alternatively, the other method of exercise that I’ve loved is dancing. Dancing is another form of exercise that just elevates your mood while also making your body stronger. It works almost ever part of your body.

It goes without saying that you should exercise the way you want to and something that makes you feel good. Some people say that they feel much better after a strength workout. If that’s you, more power to you! Do what makes you happy. That’s usually the best kind of exercise.
